活動的所有照片、影片或參加者肖像，均有可能出現在任何正式的紀錄片段、報告，以及一切多媒體平台中，並以不同的形式發佈，而不會提供任何酬勞。本活動之影片、影像及紀錄，本校及本計劃均有絕對使用權。
香港教育大學（本校）有權使用、複製、展示、顯示、廣播及/或分發本人之影像（包括本校或其承判商或代理就參加者型像、姿態、動作、外觀的攝取或製造的照片或影片或其他紀錄或就參加者聲音之記錄）（下稱「該影像」）。該影像將經任何現有或將來開發的媒體作有關於宣傳、推廣及/或報導該活動、本計劃及/或本校及本中心的用途（可能包括任何印刷或電子出版物或廣告、研究報告或演說的材料、互聯網、社交網絡媒體、報刊、電視或電台廣播）。
該影像的版權及其他知識產權屬本校所有。
All photographs, videos, or portraits of participants taken in connection with the event may appear in official records, reports, and on any multimedia platforms, and may be published in various formats without payment or other compensation. The University and this programme shall have the unrestricted right to use the recordings, images, and documentation produced in connection with the event.
The Education University of Hong Kong (the "University") is entitled to use, reproduce, exhibit, display, broadcast, and/or distribute my image (including photographs, videos or other recordings of my likeness, posture, movement or appearance, or recordings of my voice, whether made by the University or its contractors or agents) (the "Image"). The Image may be used in any existing or future media for the purposes of promoting, publicising and/or reporting on the event, the programme, and/or the University and its centres. Such use may include, but is not limited to, printed or electronic publications or advertisements, research reports or presentation materials, the Internet, social networking media, newspapers, television, and radio broadcasts.
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Image shall belong to the University.
